Usually God does not punish the children of the Devil immediately after they, whose heart is seared, commit sins. Because immediate response to their sins can be seen as a sort of affirmation of them. Therefore, God rewards the sins, one by one, most harshly, after a long time since the evildoers committed the crimes. When a son of Devil commits a grave sin, God waits for a chance to punish him and prepares the retaliation prudently, not revealing his feelings. For example, if the son of the evildoer is young, God will let the child grow up until he becomes a good adult. Now, if the evil-doer sees his well-bred son and takes delight in him, God sends disaster upon his house and kills his son. (In this case, the wicked man may be foolish and unaware that his son's death was due to his past sins. God does not want to have any relationship with a wicked man, whether it is good or not.)

On the contrary, God does not have such self-esteem against his beloved ones. The suffering of children is discipline, not punishment. Punishment is only for Devil's children. God responds immediately when his beloved children commit sin. He chastises them immediately. He reacts so in order that they may commit sins no more.

Conclusion: The later the punishment of God for the children of Devil, the deeper his curse is; the sooner the chastisement for God's children, the deeper his love is.

Dear God's children! Have you been disciplined by God recently? How about giving offering to God this week with sincere thanks? God will be pleased exceedingly and have double love and concern for you than before. Bible says that God chastises him who he thinks is his son. If there is no discipline, he is not his son.
