People of Korea are ripped off hundreds of billions of won a year by fortune-tellers, a mob of swindlers. This is a bigger crime than Young-ja Jang case, and the amount of money is much larger than the amount the corrupt politicians used. You can see in the newspaper these days, that these wicked swindlers are openly introducing themselves on the paper. What on earth is the government doing when they do that?

They openly extort money like this, so they must first acquire a fortune-teller's license by an official examination in order to make money by fortune telling; if they do that without the license, they must be severely punished.

The questions in the exam might be as follows.

1. When (On what date) do you die?

(All the property of the fortune teller whose answer to this proved to be wrong should be confiscated to the nation; and if his body has already been buried in the ground, it should be dug out for the postmortem execution on the body.)

2. Accurately predict the weather for next week.

3. Write down the dates, the times and the stories of big events that will happen in the world next month.

4. Write down the names of 10 future lotto lottery winners.

The official certificate of fortune telling may be given to examinees who have got more than 80 points out of 100, and they, of course, have to pay the customers 10 times the amount of money they received if their fortunetelling turns out wrong.

Fortune tellers are crooks who don't even know the day they die. The government must not allow them to continue their imposture. Fortune tellers are swindlers who play a trick with sweet words on the people that are discouraged by business failure, and suck up their money, so their blood. Newspapers that have been advertising fortune tellers should acknowledge their fault and must stop such childish and shameless advertisements.
