Limitation of Devil

Devil is like a serpent. Serpents suffocate living animals and swallow them up. And, consuming good meal, they produce venom. They kill other living creatures by venom.

A man whose heart is given up to Devil can only bear evil fruits, no matter how much he cries out words such as 'God' and 'church'. That is, he spits out venom using holy things. What are the evil fruits? It is to hinder the work of God. It's Devil's limitation that he can never bear good fruits.

A man of Devil reveals his limitation in words. Devil is not capable of saying "Sorry, please forgive me." He whose heart is sold to Devil never admits his wrongdoing because of the evil pride Devil gives. The thing the Devil thinks to be his job is to use tongue wantonly in order to stab swords into the hearts of the children of God. This is the limitation of Devil's language.

But the true limitation of Devil is that his work does not transgress the providence of God. Sometimes God looks on while Devil works, because it will after all lead to a kind of benefit to the believers. It is the fate of Devil and his servants to be used by God completely and thrown into hell.

Devil also is a little wise, so he causes believers to interfere with the works of God without recognizing the influence of Devil. Even some believers are living as faithful children of Devil, thinking that they are doing God's work. Then who becomes Devil's prey? A proud man becomes easily Devil's tool. Pride here mainly refers to a character that pathologically tries to reveal one's righteousness. The typical example of this is Pharisees.

The humble always mind God's glory. They think of God's will. Humble is he who stands humiliation for the glory of God so that he is dishonored. Jesus said that a man can be judged by the fruits of his deeds. And he said also that what is in one's heart is expressed in words of mouth (or in writings).
