Christian netizens should model themselves after Paul

When Paul preached the gospel in Athens, Greece, he praised the great religiosity of the Athenians, but did not acknowledge their religions, and preached God to them.

Some netizen criticized me that I didn't acknowledge the Buddhist view of salvation and said of the Christian gospel too plainly, and gave me a suggestion that I should preach the gospel, respecting other religions.

Can you save the idol-worshiping Buddhist monks like that? No, you can't! At least if you're a Christian, you shouldn't accept the Buddhist salvation. And if you're a true Christian, you should deliver the Christian gospel to the Buddhist monks as it is.

Of course, I don't compel Buddhist monks or lay Buddhists to convert to Christianity. From their point of view also, it is more beneficial for them to have people like me who expose the weaknesses of Buddhism as they are and inform them of the Christian view of salvation without addition or subtraction; because it would help them introspect themselves more objectively.

So I do missionary work in my own way. I could have been called a mature religioer if I had had a gentle and gracious conversation with other religioners, almost acknowledging their view of salvation. Nevertheless I can't take such a lukewarm way because the way of my missionary work itself has its own value.
