False gospel and false sermons of this age

"Ask, and it will be given you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For every one who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened. (Mt 7:7-8)"

"And he told them a parable, to the effect that they ought always to pray and not lose heart. He said, >>In a certain city there was a judge who neither feared God nor regarded man; and there was a widow in that city who kept coming to him and saying, >Vindicate me against my adversary.< .... And will not God vindicate his elect, who cry to him day and night? ... << (Lk 18:1-8)"

"Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep's clothing but inwardly are ravenous wolves. You will know them by their fruits. (Mt 7:15-16)"

Cho, a religious fraud, pushed ahead with his ministry of greed and did the ministry of chaebol and the ministry of emperor, based on the above first two words of the Bible, Mt 7:7-8 and Lk 18:1-8. He is the number one target of hate and criticism of non-Christians on the internet. It is that old man who has brought down the value of Christianity infinitely among the people. Did Jesus give those words to us, so that we may only pray to God, "Fill my belly, bless my family to live well"? What can we pray to God to the end as the woman required the judge? Isn't it "I've suffered such an unfair case. So please vindicate me"? It is never the practice of the second word of the Bible, Lk 18:1-8, for a pastor to pray to God to the end with a mentality of a sheep-thief like Cho, that he may bless his church to prosper greatly. Every time the religious fraud preached on TV, he made a clamorous religious speech, saying, "Brethren, keep praying to God until God hears your prayer," which, however, is a pseudo-gospel and a pseudo-sermon. A true gospel and sermon is this: "Brethren, you should pray to God in accordance with God's will. You must not pray to God any longer about your wish to which God has said no, and you must say to him, "OK, my God, I accept your decision. I won't be stubborn and won't pray to you about that any more."

That greedy old man cared more for his belly and honor, his wife and children than God, Jesus, the church, and the saints. The worst of all symbols of all bad and dirty sins the churches can commit in the age of liberal democracy and capitalism is that old religious fraud Cho.

The prayer to save the dying souls is a prayer God's children give to God, is a prayer to seek God's kingdom and his righteousness, while the life-or-death prayer, "God, please make my church greatly prosper," is a prayer of Gentiles that only asks for bread and clothes. Gentiles do not know the personal God, the good God the Father, so they make idols representing gods and force them to bless them. Can we make a life-or-death prayer to God in worrying about bread and clothes when we have the God as our Father? Isn't such a prayer an insult to God? And isn't it an attitude of doubting God's goodness and mercy to pray to God for the so-called (worldly) blessings? Didn't Jesus say that God the Father in heaven already knows what you need (right now)? Shouldn't you, as a child of God, pray to God that God's house may be prosperous? That the house of God may prosper, or that God's will may be done? We may well long for God's blessings, but Jesus says that those blessings are added unto us when we pray with the right priorities and lead a Christian life with the right priorities. The overflowing blessings of God will naturally be granted you when you have a right mind-set of a child of God. The so-called worldly blessings you so much desire to receive are not granted you when you just pray earnestly long to God, but are naturally given to you if you're his child.

God put that Cho to shame in his later years, who has prayed to the end to God that he might make only his church prosperous even if other churches were sacrificed. Through the courts of the nation. Mr. Cho's teaching of the inflexible, stubborn, selfish, long prayer to God proved a false teaching to all the people when his eldest son, who has lived a life of debauchery with the money of the saints, committed adultery with a married woman, and had a child by her, was arrested in the court. Wouldn't Mr. Cho have prayed to God that his son might be acquitted? Even Mr. Cho himself was given a suspended sentence for something by a judge, perhaps because it would be a burden to the government, to put that old man in prison and take care of him. We must realize from Mr. Cho in his later years that God is very disgusted by the life-or-death long prayer seeking only to fill one's belly. Instead of being blessed, Esau was cursed by his father when he urged him to the end to bless him. So was Mr. Cho! What curse could be greater than for a minister to be reproached for greed by all the people? The heart itself that does not consider being criticized by the people as a grievous curse is a grievous curse. It must be a seared conscience if he thinks, 'I'm not wrong because I've got such blame while doing God's work.'

Mr. Cho, you're the one who is blocking the gate of the heaven. You're the one who has put into the mind of the people the strong thought that they'll be exploited by pastors like Cho when they go to church. A lot of Christians left church because of you, and a lot of people refuse to go to church for fear that they should see pastors like you. You greedy religious swindler!

We can pray, "Give me something. Let it be so." However, this kind of prayer should not be forced upon God, because you couldn't be qualified for that, or because God had other plans for you. Nevertheless, how embarrassing it would be to God if you give an incessant life-or-death prayer to God day and night just for the fulfillment of your greedy wishes? How abhorrent such selfish prayers must be! We must refrain from giving life-or-death prayers for a matter in which we are in competition with others. Instead, we may give life-or-death prayers to God for the improvement of such unjust matters as unfair treatment or unfair punishment, or for your resolution on such matters as salvation of souls and things requiring your sacrifice. That is, for the kingdom of the Lord and his righteousness. As Esther did.

Jesus said through the above verses, "If you have met something unfair, and you can't stand it, then tell God your problems, as if to annoy him to solve your problems; because it is natural for him to solve the problems of his children. And Jesus gives one more lesson about the prayer of petition in Lk 11. Here the disciples asked Jesus to teach them to pray as John did to his disciples, and Jesus taught them the Lord's Prayer. Every one knows the contents, so let's skip them. Having taught the Lord's Prayer, Jesus told them a parable. A man just had a guest friend at midnight, but had no food to offer. He went to his next-door friend and teased him to wake up and lend him a few loaves of bread. Jesus said that his friend lent him the bread not because he was his friend but because he would be teased longer if he did not lend the bread. Jesus added a word, "Ask (God) and it will be given you. .... If you then, who are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will the heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him!"

What we can tease God for is not money, honor, all-success in the world, but the Holy Spirit(, that is, the earnest desire for a life with God in our hearts). Jesus said believers would be hated by the world, because the world does not know God and Jesus. And Jesus said that those who suffer for the kingdom of God and because of Jesus are blessed.

Mr. Cho has sacrificed nothing of his house for the kingdom of God. He taught the selfish life-or-death long prayer to the believers of his church, but the ardent long prayer Jesus taught was a prayer to solve injustice and to be filled with the Holy Spirit.

When it comes to my interests, I should say, "Lord, I'm OK. I'm living well enough even now. Lead me as you want." This is the correct answer. And if I should meet a tribulation, I must pray to God, "Father, lead me as you please, so that this may lead to your glory and the good of the whole church, not to the fulfillment of my own wish, even if I suffer some loss." This is the prayer Jesus offered. This is the prayer we must learn. This is the prayer every child of God offers. When we think of the heavenly Father, who runs the world and the entire church, we must realize how sorry it is to offer selfish prayers. How often others weep when I occupy something! How many servants of the Lord shed tears when Mr. Cho alone is glad celebrating prosperity of his church? Is this to the glory of God because his exclamation, "Hallelujah, thank you, my God!," is more powerful than the sighs and tears of countless servants of the Lord? How hard some pastors of Methodist Church waged a bloody war to occupy the position of the head of the whole Methodist church? Do you still not know how much harm has been done to the church by the reckless selfish prayer and the selfish attitude of faith that do not know concessions and obedience?

How disgusting would it be in God's eyes to give God a continual life-or-death prayer for 500,000 or 600,000 or 700,000 members of the church, when other servants of the Lord got so poor that they couldn't minister out of concern for their livelihood?

If criticized like this, Mr. Cho would justify himself, saying, "How much I have done! And a big church can do a great work of God. ..."

However, Jesus said like this.

"Not every one who says to me, 'Lord, Lord,' shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. On that day many will say to me, 'Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and cast out demons in your name, and do many mighty works in your name?' And then will I declare to them, 'I never knew you; depart from me, you evildoers.' (Mt 7:21-23)"

Jesus says that you can't avoid the punishment of disobedience by your own holy goals and works. Jesus called the pharisees and the scribes sons of a viper because they were not mindful of God's true and real will but mindful of their own will to do something for God. They loved only money and their glory. How Mr. Cho loved money! How much Mr. Cho tried to be acknowledged as a successful pastor who has achieved the largest church in the world! Mr. Moon, the leader of a heretic sect, also loved money, and said that Jesus was not the Savior, that he himself is the Savior, in order to enhance his own glory. So I can say this. Mr. Moon is a lump of cancer cut off from the body (of the church), and pseudo-pastors like Mr. Cho are lumps of cancer alive in the body which consume nutrients and make the body wither up to death. In fact, Mr. Cho is more harmful to the church of Jesus than Mr. Moon. It is more beneficial to the church even for a few men to realize this fact than for 700,000 believers to gather together and offer selfish prayers in tongues.

And as a matter of fact, if the church becomes large, the pastor likes a large-scale undertaking that may keep the face of his church. He tries to put out a university or beautiful buildings that attract the attention of many people. But what does that have to do with evangelism? How powerful would it be if that money is used for the welfare of overseas missionaries? Recently a church built a new temple worth about 200 billion won, enough money to evangelize the whole Africa. Isn't it an amount to support 2,000 missionaries, each one million won a month for 10 years?

Let's look at Cho's fruits objectively. How many pastors, leaders of the Korean church, became corrupt thanks to the false gospel of Cho, so that the churches in Korea went bad! How deep the status of Christianity in Korea has got stuck into the gutter thanks to Cho! Has there ever been a man in Korea who crucified Jesus in the sight of all people like Cho? Are there no people in Korea who can do the works that Cho could do? Another fruit of Cho's false gospel is the hereditary succession of the pastorship. Are there just two or three fathers and sons who, having offered a life-or-death prayer to God for a long time, resolutely pushed forward the succession of the pastorship with firm confidence? Cho's disciples will forever carry dirty name on their foreheads like Cho himself! >>A greedy religious fraud who betrayed Jesus!<<

Never again should a leech, a pseudo-pastor like Cho, appear as a Christian clergyman. The saints of Korea should know that all the sermons Mr. Cho has delivered so far false gospel and false sermons. Especially do not imitate Mr. Cho who hasn't lived as he preached.

But if you have a wish in your heart, please pray in the Holy Spirit. Surely there are holy hopes the Lord has given. However, such hopes are usually related to the kingdom of God and has little to do with one's personal success. You need to pray for the wishes given by the Holy Spirit, whether public or personal, every day at the prayer time, in order to prepare yourself for the future. However, even if you have an important personal wish, the Holy Spirit wants you to pray for the whole kingdom of God more than for the personal thing. When we ask wrong things, the Holy Spirit surely corrects our wrong prayers if we live in the Holy Spirit. Personal prayer in the Holy Spirit is a prayer for our daily bread. When we pray for what we need just as much as we need, it is a beautiful prayer without greed, a holy prayer that pleases God. God will gladly hear all your prayers if you pray in gratitude to God for what you need indeed, as a son of God who loves God, does his best for the kingdom of God, and does whatever God wants; even if your prayers are not life-or-death prayers. The prayer for the daily bread is a prayer of moderation, "Do not bless me for my greed itself," rather than a prayer just for food.
